How we organised the video

We organised the video in various ways; we created a WhatsApp group for the band so we could communicate with them about timings and availability, as well as costumes and any other issues we had. We also have a separate WhatsApp group for just the media group so we could discuss separate issues. We messaged each band member individually in order to get them to be in the video. We also created a google drive spreadsheet so we knew when the best times for filming were. The pictures below show each of the different things listed above:
